PETER
MOULINOS, is the senior partner of the firm. Born in New York City, he
has combined his law background with his experience in the financial markets
to enhance his ability to assist business and real estate clients. Mr. Moulinos attended Pace University and was awarded a Bachelors of Business
Administration in Finance in 1990. He spent two years working in the foreign
exchange capital markets, for Merrill Lynch & Co., and FX Concepts, Inc.,
before pursuing his law degree and graduating from New York Law School in
1994. During his studies, he interned for the Honorable Patricia Collins of
the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau. Following law
school, he worked for Shane Henty Sutton, P.C., a boutique international law
firm, gaining valuable experience and insight in the representation of
clients from across the globe.
In 2003, Mr. Moulinos formed Moulinos & Associates LLC. He has represented
hundreds of clients on commercial law matters, real estate transactions, foreclosure
proceedings, commercial leasing, litigation, trademark applications and disputes,
employment law, bankruptcy, financing and lending issues, construction law and
business formation. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well
as the federal courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Moulinos
is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is also a
member of the National Realty Club, and the International Law Society, New York
Chapter. He is fluent in English, Greek and French.
ANTHONY P. SCALI is an associate of the firm. He graduated from Fordham
University in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy. He received his law
degree, cum laude, from New York Law School in 2007, where he served on the
New York Law School Law Review and the New York Law School Moot Court Association.
While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Rosalyn H. Richter of the
Supreme Court of the State of New York. Following graduation, he worked as an
associate for the law firm of Kent, Beatty & Gordon, LLP, where he gained valuable
experience in the areas of commercial litigation and civil litigation. He is
admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the federal district court of
the Southern District of New York, the State of New Jersey and the federal
district court of the State of New Jersey.
JOHN TRIPIDAKIS acts as foreign of counsel to the firm providing
legal advice and assistance on matters for the firm's clients in Athens. He
is an attorney with over twenty five years of legal experience. Education:
University of Athens Law School (LL.B); London University (LL.M. in Law of
Multinational Enterprises, International Business Transactions, Company Law
and Social Policy in the European Economic Community, International
Comparative Labor Law); Postgraduate specialization in Tax Law (1 year
course); Degree in Accounting. Admissions: admitted 1983, Athens, The
Supreme Court. Legal counsel at the Employment Organization (OAED) and at
the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Author of books and articles on
Business Law and Taxation.
Born in Athens, Greece, Mr. Tripidakis has successfully represented hundreds
of expatriates and individuals from the United States, Europe, Australia and
South America on legal matters in Greece. He specializes in estate planning
and administration as well as overseeing real property transactions in
Greece. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association, Taxation Association,
Labor Law and Social Security Association, American ñ Hellenic Chamber of
Commerce, British - Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Canadian - Hellenic
Chamber of Commerce. He is fluent in English, Greek and also moderate
